Its absolutely true that lot of people just forget about their past when the new things come  and change their life. I always believe that you should remember that path you travelled in the past and never forget to think about where you been before the current state on every stage of your life.
I got this nice little story thru one my friends mail list which is really touchy and true. Just want to share it as it said.

“There was a blind who hated herself just because she was blind. she hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. he was always there for her. she said that if she could only see the world, she will marry her boyfriend.

One day, someone dontated a pair of eyes to her and then she could see everything, including her boyfriend. her boyfriend asked her, ‘Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?’ The girl was shocked when she saw her boyfriend was blind too, and refused to marry him.

Her boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to her saying ‘JUST TAKE CARE OF MY EYES PLEASE.’     ”
